Our client are one of the market leaders in the distribution of beers, wines and all other associated products to pubs, clubs and retail establishments and we are currently seeking a Fleet Support Manager to join their operation in Duston.
The successful applicants will need experience in a similar role and due to the nature of the business will be required to support rotating shifts.
The role involves:
- Providing cost effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintaining all vehicles to meet legal and procedural requirements
- Monitoring sickness & absence
- Managing fleet hours worked and monitoring weekly and monthly KPI performance
- Coordinating and prioritising activity across shifts
- Management of Health & Safety and site rules and regulations
- Review operational procedures and identify any areas for improvement
Applicants should have good knowledge of distribution and warehouse services with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Our client a leading finance company in the UK are looking to recruit an Mortgage Broker to join their ever expanding team based in Bury.
You will Respond to and generate mortgage leads, in order to advise the client on the best deal available to them (within the lenders in our Panel) in order that they are able to make an informed decision on taking the mortgage or not. When the client has decided to take the mortgage, the broker will prepare documentation pack and compliance documentation to forward to the Customer Service Representative.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:-
- Ensure product is sold in line with best advice and following the company process
- Complete all documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Achieve Sales and Productivity targets
- Manage customer experience until case is passed on to the lender
- Deal with any change in circumstances that require additional advice to be provided
- Ensure leads to support other areas of the business are passed on in line with company process

Our client one of the largest IT distrubuters in the UK are looking to recruit Managed Accounts Executives to join their expanding team based in Westhoughton (Bolton).In this role you will be the main point of contact between existing, medium and high potential spend business accounts.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of account management to the accounts assigned to you. You will actively work to increase the sales and profit of the accounts through building strong relationships, selling them a wide mix of products and services maximising customers spend.
Operational Responsibilities
- Meet all individual targets and objectives set
- Through pro-active account management, build strong relationships with your assigned account base and work to understand their needs and the sales opportunities which exist
- Actively increase the sales & product mix for each assigned account
- Actively work to increase the margin and profit of all assigned accounts through reduced discounting, increased average order values and sales of high margin products
- Ensure all customer queries (sales or otherwise) are responded to within 24 hours
- Work with the team to achieve the team and business goals
- Take incoming calls when required
- Ensure you maintain a high level of product knowledge and attend any sales training as required
- Maintain knowledge and follow all current company policies, procedures and sales processes
- Attend and participate in all company sales activities and meetings
- Provide training support for other team members as required
