Description
We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join our key client in Chorley. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Payroll and HR processing team and all aspects of staff management.
The role involves reviewing, monitoring and developing Pay and HR systems, manage team performance, provide professional advice and guidance to customers on various pay issues, undertake investigations and sit on interview panels.
You will need substantial supervisory experience in a financial environment, the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate ability to interpret and apply complex requirements to payroll processing, proven numeracy skills with the ability to analyse data.
