Description
Our client are a market leader in the distribution of beers and wines and all other associated products to pubs, clubs and retail establishments and we are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join the team within the Transport and Warehouse department.
With the nature of the business the role does support working patterns of 6am-2pm or 10am to 6pm; therefore you do need to be flexible within these hours.
The role involves:
- Maintenance of worked hours and activities for staff
- Data Input
- Dealing with all incoming customers queries and collections
- Distribute, collect and file driver’s tachographs
- Preparation of crew packs for daily delivery rounds
The ideal candidate should be computer literate, possess good numeric and literacy skills as well as being able to work alone or in a team.
